COMMON LANGUAGE

Now 'web 2.0' will be tenth million word in english language.I want all those words should be added those have technical description.If one think that he have command on different language other then mother tounge,even then he is basically a finest robot with some imotions.For a development with high EQ as well as high IQ one has to develop in his mother toungue.There is a need of a language conversion tool with ablity of speaking and hearing in market of every country.Even this it takes about 100 years to understand a common language in whole world.If in common language we add words related to discription of gods the language can not developed.The common language can be developed if we score words with clear working technical definition.
